Report a factual or calculation error
Include the address of the page, the relevant sentence or output, and what you believe needs correction. For a calculator, provide the inputs, selected odds format, and result you saw. For a matchup, identify the sport, event, market, selected side, displayed line, price, and observation time, including the time zone when available.
A link to a primary source or a screenshot with personal information removed can help explain the issue. Distinguish a suspected arithmetic error from a forecast that simply did not occur: an uncertain prediction can lose without its arithmetic being wrong.
Ask about a model or published result
Refer to the exact model label, article date, or grading record. Questions about an input, update schedule, market definition, or grading convention are easier to answer when they identify the displayed version. A request for clarification can also identify where a guide needs a clearer definition or worked example.
Protect your account information
Do not send passwords, payment details, private account identifiers, or other sensitive information in a public post. Keep the original observation
Prices, model data, and pages can change. Retain the date and the exact number you observed so a later update does not obscure the question. A final score by itself cannot show whether an earlier price comparison or settlement was recorded correctly.
