Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

OddsRX ("the Service") is operated by RoCoLu LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using OddsRX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OddsRX provides sports research, statistical models, predictions, and related informational content ("the Service"). OddsRX does not accept wagers, process bets, or hold funds on behalf of users, and is not a sportsbook. Any wagering a user chooses to place happens with a separately licensed operator, entirely outside the Service. The Service also offers free-to-play prediction contests among users, described in Section 3a below — these involve no entry fee and no cash payout.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Important: OddsRX does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. Our models and predictions are based on statistical analysis and historical data, but sports events are inherently unpredictable. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All predictions, picks, and analyses are opinions based on statistical modeling
• No prediction system can guarantee profits or winning outcomes
• If you choose to place a wager with a third-party sportsbook based on information from the Service, that decision and its outcome are yours alone
• OddsRX is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur

3a. Contests

OddsRX offers free-to-play prediction contests ("Contests") where users make picks against a public or private leaderboard. Contests have no entry fee, no real-money prizes, and no cash value — standings are for bragging rights only. Contests are unrelated to, and not a substitute for, any wagering with a licensed sportsbook.

4. Not Financial or Legal Advice

The content provided by OddsRX does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. Legal Compliance

The information provided by OddsRX may relate to sports wagering markets. If you choose to place a wager based on that information, you are solely responsible for ensuring that wager complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Sports betting may be illegal or restricted in your location. OddsRX does not itself offer, process, or facilitate wagers of any kind, and does not encourage illegal gambling.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using OddsRX, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our models or proprietary data
• Share account credentials or paid content with unauthorized users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on OddsRX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, models, algorithms, and data compilations, is the property of OddsRX and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ODDSRX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODDSRX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY WAGERING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OddsRX and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

OddsRX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

OddsRX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.
